Job description:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up after site visits to address pending issues, clarify client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct marketing activities.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Assist in creating presentation materials for client meetings and site visits.

Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.

Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with required formats, guidelines, and deadlines.

Prepare quotations, maintain project documentation, and support vendor registration and compliance activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





Proven experience in site visit coordination, business development, or project management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.

Familiarity with tender processes and contract management.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Knowledge of documentation, quotation preparation, vendor registration, and compliance processes.

Qualification & Experience

Any Graduate.

Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, or a similar role preferred.
