We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase / Procurement Executive with experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities. Candidates with IT hardware procurement experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, terms, and quality.
- Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain approved vendor records and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with inventory, accounts, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory and place purchase orders as required.
- Resolve delivery issues, invoice discrepancies, and vendor-related concerns.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of purchasing and procurement procedures.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.




- Proficiency in purchase documentation and follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- IT hardware purchasing experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with internal departments.
