Locations: Surat
Work Mode: Initially remote until the respective branch opens
Training: At our Dubai office
Joining: Immediate / ASAP

What you will own

Business & P&L; Management

- Take ownership of revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability for your assigned branch, cluster, or site
- Develop business plans and identify opportunities for market growth

Team Building & Leadership

- Recruit and build a team from scratch, where required
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, with explicit targets and accountability

Sales & Mandate Execution

- Oversee mandate-based brokerage sales, from lead generation to closure
- Build relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners
- Monitor pipeline performance, conversions, and collections

Setup & Operations

- Establish local operations, workflows, and reporting systems
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service partners
- Provide management with performance updates and market insights

What we need from you

Required Skills & Experience

- Mandate-based real estate brokerage experience is mandatory
- Proven P&L; management experience
- Track record of building teams and delivering business results




- Strong understanding of the relevant local real estate market
- Effective negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience launching branches or managing multiple sites
- Established developer and channel partner network

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
