About the Role:

IndiaZone is developing one of India’s most promising B2B platforms, and we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into high-impact visuals and wants to contribute to a brand that is growing rapidly across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design digital creatives for social media, online ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Create banners, thumbnails, and visual layouts for the IndiaZone website and mobile app.
- Develop graphics for brochures, presentations, events, and MicroFair promotions.
- Translate marketing concepts into clean, professional, and engaging visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, including color, typography, and tone.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and UI/UX teams for creative delivery.
- Manage and organize design files for easy team access.
- Support MicroFair events with posters, roll-ups, standees, and other promotional materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience (strong freshers with a solid portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; Figma knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media design trends and contemporary B2B design styles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual consistency.
- Fluency in English; Malayalam or Hindi is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

- Basic video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
- Experience in branding and visual identity development.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Performance-based incentives may be offered for key campaign milestones.
