We are looking for a Showroom Manager for our Head Office Kottakkal. Candidates with a proven track record of experience can apply. You should have :

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the furniture showroom
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase walk-in and repeat customers
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports

- Maintain an updated knowledge of the company's goals, vision ,and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing

Team Management

- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team
- Assign daily targets and monitor individual performance




- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide product knowledge training
- Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and attendance

Showroom Operations

- Ensure proper display, pricing tags, and cleanliness of furniture items
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Monitor stock movement and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations professionally
- Build long-term relationships with customers, builders, and interior designers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
