Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Plastic Manufacturing – Toys, Bottles & Jars)

Job Overview:
We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality plastic products, including plastic toys, household/commercial bottles, and jars. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will handle both B2B sales (bulk orders to distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients) and B2C sales (direct to retail stores or individual consumers).

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Bulk Sales: Identify and pitch to wholesalers, distributors, corporate buyers, and retail chains to secure bulk orders for plastic toys, bottles, and jars.
- B2C Market Expansion: Build relationships with local shop owners, retail businesses, and direct consumers to increase product visibility and sales.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new market opportunities, visit potential clients, and generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms.
- Product Presentation: Effectively showcase our product catalog, explaining material quality, pricing structures, and customization options to clients.




- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners and ensure timely delivery, smooth communication, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (experience in plastic manufacturing, consumer goods, toys, or packaging industry is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B client management and B2C sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Great communication skills with fluency in English and local languages.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with market visits.
