Job description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital media by planning, designing, and executing effective marketing campaigns. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance across multiple channels and optimizing strategies to achieve better results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and generate analytical reports for stakeholders.
- Develop creative strategies to improve engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution with strong analytical and creative thinking.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements (Meta & Tools)

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and SEM strategies.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience in SEO, SEM, social media content creation, and campaign management.

Additional Advantage (Plus Point)

- Basic to advanced video editing skills for creating engaging marketing videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Ability to create visually appealing video content for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
