Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Key Responsibilities:





- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
