We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pillar 2 Specialist to join our dynamic tax team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the OECD's Pillar Two initiative, focusing on the global minimum tax rules (GloBE rules). This role requires deep technical expertise in international tax, a solid understanding of tax accounting principles, and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions. You will be responsible for advising on, implementing, and managing compliance with Pillar Two requirements for multinational enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret the OECD Pillar Two Model Rules, Commentary, Administrative Guidance, and relevant domestic legislation.
- Assess the impact of Pillar Two on the group's global tax position, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement robust strategies for Pillar Two compliance, including data collection, calculation methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Perform detailed calculations of GloBE income, Adjusted Covered Taxes,



and Top-up Tax liabilities across various jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review Pillar Two information returns and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, IT) and external advisors to ensure a coordinated approach to Pillar Two implementation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and business units on the implications of Pillar Two for business operations, transactions, and structuring.
- Stay abreast of evolving Pillar Two developments, including new guidance, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the selection, implementation, and optimization of tax technology solutions to automate Pillar Two compliance and reporting.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on Pillar Two concepts and requirements to relevant teams.
- Manage and oversee Pillar Two-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
