Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and develop B2B sales opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, retailers, companies, and institutional clients.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and generate business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, sales targets, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Participate in client meetings and business development activities whenever required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in B2B sales,



corporate sales, telesales, or business development.
- Strong lead generation, client handling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to negotiate and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented approach with good relationship-building skills.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in Agriculture, Business Administration, or Marketing will be preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- Candidates from fertilizer, biofertilizer, agrochemical, biopesticide, or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in dealer/distributor handling, lead generation, and corporate client management may also apply.

Work Type: Primarily office-based, with occasional client visits or meetings as required.
