Hiring: HR Trainee – Recruitment & Client Acquisition

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Position: HR Trainee / Recruitment Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Employment Type: Internship with the chance for full-time employment based on performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. The role primarily focuses on recruitment (75%), along with marketing and client acquisition (25%). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, business development, and client management.

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment – 75%

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities and work towards hiring targets.

Marketing & Client Acquisition – 25%

- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and prospect identification.
- Support cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule business meetings.
- Assist with client relationship management and business development activities.





Requirements

- Any graduate or final-year student interested in HR and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment, marketing, and client acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment and client-related activities.

Candidate Preferences

- Candidates based in Trivandrum are preferred.
- Must be comfortable with local travel for recruitment and client acquisition activities.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR and business development are encouraged to apply.

Internship & Career Opportunity
