Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines as per job requirements
- Perform machine setting, tool selection, and parameter adjustments
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during production
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
- Maintain production records and reports
- Follow safety and shop floor discipline
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- Experience: 2–3 years in CNC operation/setting (Manufacturing preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines (Turning / VMC)
- Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machine operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic understanding of CNC programs (G-code/M-code preferred)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
