Hiring at Sejcurates: Creator Account Manager (Mumbai)
Sejcurates tells the stories behind Indian businesses, from factory floors and manufacturing to D2C brands, consumer trends and marketing strategy, across Instagram and YouTube.
I am looking for someone to work closely with me to grow the channel and own videos end to end: from the first idea to the final post going live!
What you'll do
→ Manage partnerships end to end
→ Handle profile operations: timelines, coordination and follow-ups
→ Reach out to companies and founders for stories and build long-term relationships
→ Spot business stories worth telling and turn them into videos: research, angles, hooks
→ Help write and shape scripts, then drive each video through shoot, edit and publishing
→ Plan and run the content calendar so we post consistently
→ Travel with me to shoots: factory visits, company locations and events
What we're looking for
→ 1–2 years of experience in account management, content, social media or a related field
→ Genuine curiosity about business, brands and how companies grow
→ A strategic mind for content: you understand what makes a video work, not just how to get it done
→ Robust organisation: you can juggle several videos at once without anything slipping
→ Very strong communication skills
→ Based in Mumbai and available for shoots and travel
Nice to have
→ Experience working with a creator, media brand or agency
→ Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube analytics and short-form content
