Job Overview

NestorBird is looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who understands business processes, enjoys working with ERP systems, and can effectively coordinate between users, business teams, and developers.

You will be involved in ERPNext implementation, configuration, documentation, user support, and process improvement across different business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business requirements
- Work with users to understand existing business processes and requirements
- Configure and support ERPNext modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, and HR
- Set up workflows, approvals, roles, and permissions
- Prepare and manage ERP master data
- Support UAT, testing, and functional issue resolution
- Assist with data migration and data validation
- Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and functional documentation
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
- Coordinate with clients/business users and the development team
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements within ERPNext

Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with ERPNext
- Understanding of ERP and business processes




- Basic understanding of accounting flow such as Order → Invoice → Payment
- Knowledge of inventory and stock movement
- Experience with ERP configuration or implementation
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Figma or other wireframing/prototyping tools is an advantage
