Job Description – Steward (Fine Dining Restaurant)
Responsible for providing qualified and courteous food and beverage service to guests as per fine-dining standards. Ensure proper table setup, order taking, food and beverage service, and timely clearance of tables. Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and service etiquette. Coordinate with the Captain, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth operations. Follow hotel SOPs and ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
