About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Online Sales Specialist to sell real estate training and business growth programmes priced between ₹5,000 and ₹50,000, through phone calls and Zoom consultations with interested prospects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified prospects
- Understand business challenges and recommend suitable programmes
- Handle objections, negotiate and close sales
- Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years in online, B2B, EdTech, coaching or consulting sales
- Proven experience closing programmes or services worth ₹50,000 or more
- Excellent Hindi and English communication
- Solid consultative selling, objection handling and closing skills
- Comfortable with Zoom, CRM and WhatsApp

Preferred Experience

- Selling courses,

- Selling to business owners or real estate professionals
