Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7+ years of dedicated OHL design experience in EPC projects up to 400 kV.
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-TOWER.
- Knowledge of transmission line routing, tower spotting, sag-tension calculations, ground clearances, and crossing regulations.
- Experience with EHV transmission lines, steel lattice towers, conductors, and OPGW.
- GCC experience preferred; knowledge of KAHRAMAA standards is an advantage.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transmission line routing, modelling, profiling, and tower spotting.
- Ensure safe clearances at road, railway, power line, and pipeline crossings.
- Coordinate OHL terminal connections with substations and associated structures.
- Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and construction teams to ensure design compliance and timely delivery.
