We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage finishing works on building projects. The successful candidate will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, maintain quality and safety standards, and deliver work in line with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor finishing works, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, partitions, doors, joinery, façade interfaces, and final fit-out.
Coordinate architectural finishing activities with civil, structural, and MEP teams to resolve site interfaces before execution.
Review drawings, material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings; identify discrepancies and raise technical queries promptly.
Manage subcontractors, labour, materials, and daily work fronts to meet project milestones.
Inspect completed work against approved specifications and quality standards; close defects and snag items before handover.
Track progress, prepare site reports, and flag schedule, cost, quality, or resource risks with practical corrective actions.
Support measurement, billing, variation documentation, and material reconciliation.
Enforce site safety requirements and maintain transparent records of inspections,



approvals, and handover documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams during inspections and final handover.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 10 years of construction experience, with substantial responsibility for finishing works on building projects.
Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use buildings through finishing and handover stages.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, workmanship standards, sequencing, and quality control.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating architectural works with MEP installations.
Working knowledge of project scheduling, quantity measurement, and site reporting.
Key Competencies
Strong site leadership, attention to detail, practical problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple finishing activities under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
