Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head for our Real Estate Plotting Project who has strong experience in plot selling, real estate marketing, lead generation, brand building, and managing online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential plotting projects.
- Plan and manage online marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Handle offline marketing activities such as hoardings, newspaper advertisements, brochures, site branding, events, and property exhibitions.
- Generate quality leads for residential plots and improve site visit conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets.
- Plan marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize cost per lead (CPL).
- Manage digital marketing agencies, creative teams, vendors, and advertising partners.
- Develop marketing collaterals, project presentations, promotional offers, and sales support materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, pricing analysis, and customer profiling.
- Build brand awareness and improve project visibility in the target market.
- Track leads, site visits, customer inquiries, bookings, and return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Coordinate with Channel Partner (CP) teams and support channel partner marketing activities.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 7–8 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Must have hands-on experience in residential plot selling / plotted development projects.
- Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing.
- Experience in lead generation, campaign management, and budget planning.
- Understanding of real estate customer behavior and local market trends.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and external marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with real estate developers, plotting projects, or township projects.
- Experience in marketing plots, residential land, gated plotting schemes, or integrated townships.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and support sales and booking targets.
- Ahmedabad and surrounding market experience will be preferred.

- Qualified lead generation and cost per lead.
- Site visit generation and conversion ratio.
- Monthly plot bookings and marketing contribution to sales.
- Marketing budget utilization and campaign ROI.
- Brand visibility and campaign performance.
- Channel partner marketing support and lead quality.

Work Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad
Position: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and current CTC

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
