We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls for the Real Estate and Jewellery industries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries related to real estate and jewellery.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build good relationships with customers and address their queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 1–3 years in telecalling or customer service.
- Experience in real estate or the jewellery industry is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
