*Job Summary* We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary School Principal to lead academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing school operations, maintaining academic excellence, and implementing CBSE and Cambridge curriculum standards.

*Key Responsibilities* - Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school. - Ensure effective implementation of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum standards, as applicable. - Monitor teaching quality, academic performance, and student development. - Supervise, guide, and motivate teachers and non-teaching staff. - Develop academic plans, school policies, and performance improvement strategies. - Conduct regular classroom observations and evaluate teaching effectiveness. - Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment. - Coordinate with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and school activities. - Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.



- Ensure compliance with applicable education board guidelines and school regulations. - Oversee examinations, assessments, school events, and extracurricular activities. - Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community. - Work closely with management to achieve the school's academic and institutional goals

Reuired Qualifications & Skills* - Master's degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred or as required. - Proven experience in a School Principal, Vice Principal, or senior academic leadership role. - Strong knowledge of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum standards and assessment practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage teachers, staff, parents, and school operations effectively. - Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. - Commitment to academic excellence, student welfare, and continuous improvement.

Salary & Advantages* - Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, leadership capabilities, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
