Role Requirements / Experience

- Quantity surveying and estimation for civil, structural, finishing and specialized hospital works.
- Rate analysis for specialized medical materials and cleanroom finishes.
- Joint measurement certification with client representatives and the project management consultant (PMC).
- Advanced skills in ERP software (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Excel and quantity-estimation software.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Track project expenditure against approved budgets.
2. Review contractors’ interim payment applications and recommend certification.
3. Review variations, change orders and potential cost impacts.
4. Maintain cost trackers and provide cost forecasts.
5.



Monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
6. Track change orders, extensions of time (EOT) and claims.
7. Review contractor claims and provide recommendations to the client.
8. Maintain contract administration logs.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
