Taxella Global Consultants is a tax, accounting and financial advisory firm in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a target-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to bring in current clients for our accounting, GST, income tax, audit support and loan services.

Key responsibilities:

- Win new clients (SMEs, traders, professionals, startups) for accounting, GST, income tax, audit support and business/bank loan services
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and local networking across Navi Mumbai
- Visit prospective clients, understand their needs and share proposals and service packages
- Coordinate with our accounts and tax team to offer the right solution
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan cases
- Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients
- Build relationships with existing clients and find opportunities for more services
- Maintain daily sales, lead and conversion reports
- Achieve monthly sales and client targets

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or MBA preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance,



accounting or tax services
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Confident speaking with business owners; good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai business market is a plus
- Basic knowledge of GST, income tax or loans is an advantage
- Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM tools
- Own two-wheeler preferred (role includes local client visits)
