1. Job Purpose

To assist the maintenance team in routine maintenance activities, equipment cleaning, material handling, and general facility upkeep.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians during preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Help with cleaning and maintaining machinery, motors, pumps, and other equipment.
- Support the movement of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials and
- loading support.
- Assist in basic mechanical work under the supervision of a technician.
- Help with equipment installation, dismantling, and relocation.
- Support routine inspection of facility equipment and report abnormalities.
- Assist in cleaning maintenance areas and maintaining positive housekeeping.
- Help maintain tools and arrange maintenance materials properly.
- Assist with minor facility maintenance activities, including doors, shutters, and fixtures.




- Follow instructions given by the maintenance technician or supervisor.
- Use PPE and follow all applicable workplace safety instructions.
- Report equipment damage, leakage, unusual noise, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

3. Educational Qualification

- Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- ITI qualification is an added advantage.
- 4. Experience
- 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.

5. Required Skills

- Willingness to learn maintenance activities.
- Ability to handle tools and materials safely.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Physical fitness for maintenance support activities.
- Discipline, teamwork, and willingness to follow instructions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
