Job Description:

VLCC is looking for an experienced Slimming Head to lead the slimming department, drive sales, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage slimming services and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the slimming team.
- Provide technical guidance on weight management and wellness services.
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment effectiveness.
- Improve sales through upselling slimming packages and cross-selling beauty services.
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance, hygiene, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.




- Monitor team performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of nutrition, weight management, and wellness.
- Sales and customer counselling skills.
- Team leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
