Job Overview

Job Easy is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Marketing Executive to cover the Tosham area in Bhiwani district. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding both job seekers and local employers onto the Job Easy platform by promoting our premium subscription plans.

This is a direct-sales, commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential with instant platform updates and automated receipt generation for seamless client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Acquisition & Sales: Conduct field visits across commercial hubs, educational institutes, local businesses, and industrial pockets in Tosham to pitch Job Easy plans.
- Employer Onboarding: Pitch and sell employer hiring plans to local business owners, recruiters, and companies needing talent.
- Job Seeker Enrollment: Educate job seekers on career growth features and convert them to upgraded Job Easy plans.
- Live Checkout Execution: Process client payments on-the-spot using our interactive payment checkout to trigger live receipt generation and immediate job board publication.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive rapport with local employers and job seekers to ensure repeat business and referrals.





Compensation & Commission Structure

You will earn direct commissions on every successful sale. There are no caps on earnings!

- Interactive Payment Checkout: Easy mobile/digital payment collection on the field.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: Resident of or familiarity with Tosham / Bhiwani district, Haryana.
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, marketing, door-to-door selling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in Hindi/Local dialect.
- Tech Readiness: Must own a smartphone with active internet access to operate the digital checkout system.
- Mobility: Personal vehicle (two-wheeler) is recommended for local travel.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
