We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves lead generation, telesales, system integrator outreach, client communication, meeting coordination, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through market research, prospect databases, and outbound calling.
- Contact system integrators, technology partners, and prospective clients to explore business opportunities.
- Conduct telesales activities, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Manage the manager’s calendar, coordinate appointments, and ensure meeting schedules are communicated effectively.
- Coordinate meeting requirements, including invitations, agendas, presentations, and other necessary arrangements.
- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), document key discussion points, record action items, and track follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate lead databases, sales pipelines, and client records.
- Prepare regular sales reports covering calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and client-handling abilities.
- Valuable organizational skills, calendar management, and meeting coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred: From IT industry, software solutions, IT services, or technology sales.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
