We are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-friendly Assistant Fashion Designer to join our boutique team. The role involves a mix of fashion designing, client management, and day-to-day boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Handle client consultations, understand requirements, assist with fabric and design selection, and manage fittings and follow-ups.
- Fashion Designing: Assist in creating designs, suggesting styles, taking measurements, and coordinating with tailors to ensure quality.
- Boutique Operations: Manage orders, track production progress, coordinate with staff, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Quality Control: Check garment finishing, fitting, and overall quality before delivery.
- Customer Experience:



Maintain robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design preferred.
- Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and current fashion trends.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to take ownership of daily boutique activities.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
