Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through multiple channels such as social networking sites, headhunting, cold calling, mapping, recruitment portals, and databases.

Coordinate with assigned clients for PAN India recruitment requirements.

Manage and coordinate with the recruitment team for effective deployment of mandates.

Guide and support team members in identifying and hiring the right talent.

Coordinate daily sourcing of CVs, interview scheduling, and pre- and post-interview follow-ups.

Follow up with shortlisted candidates for salary documentation and joining formalities.

Train and guide new team members for productive recruitment operations.

Screen resumes based on position requirements and selection criteria.

Evaluate candidate profiles, career aspirations, and role fitment, and counsel candidates accordingly.





Submit candidate profiles to clients and coordinate feedback until closure of positions.

Support recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews, mass emailing, and job postings.

Track and follow up on interview process status.

Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.

Prepare and maintain timely reports on recruitment activity.

Attract applicants through job advertisements and networking channels.

Assess applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis, reference checks, and role matching.

Report regular progress on assigned vacancies and provide feedback on recruitment performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per month
