Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Any field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
