Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Farm Development professional to lead the strategic expansion and optimization of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new farm development projects, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, business acumen, project management, and deep agricultural expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for farm expansion, diversification, and new agricultural ventures, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of suitable agricultural land, including conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of farm development projects, from initial concept and design to construction, implementation, and operational handover.
- Manage significant budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation for all development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.




- Implement and champion sustainable farming practices, environmental stewardship, and the adoption of innovative agricultural technologies to enhance productivity and resilience.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing development teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, suppliers, local communities, and industry partners.
- Ensure all farm development activities comply with relevant agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and land-use policies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for crop diversification, livestock integration, or value-added agricultural products.
- Optimize operational processes and infrastructure design to maximize efficiency, yield, and profitability across current and existing farm developments.
- Identify potential risks associated with farm development projects (e.g., environmental, market, regulatory) and develop robust mitigation strategies.
