The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with project and site teams, handling business accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with construction project teams, vendors, and clients.
- Handle quotations, invoices, payment follow-ups, and account documentation.
- Monitor project-related commercial activities and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely communication regarding project progress, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify business opportunities and support client retention.
