Seeking a highly experienced Principal with over 15 years in Project Management to lead and oversee complex project planning initiatives

Lead strategic project planning and execution across multiple highimpact initiatives Develop comprehensive project plans aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes Utilize extensive experience to foresee potential risks and implement mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities Ensure alignment of project objectives with business priorities and resource availability Facilitate communication between senior leadership and project teams to maintain transparency and accountability

Roles and Responsibilities

Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and resource allocation

Oversee the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and budgets

Monitor project progress and performance adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives

Lead risk management efforts identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met

Conduct regular project status meetings reporting updates to senior management

Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and best practices in project management





Champion the adoption of project management tools and techniques to enhance efficiency

Provide leadership in resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to project success
