Role Overview

Export Company Experience Mandatory.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser.

To act as a link between our merchandising team & our production department.

1. Sampling & Buyer Approvals

- Manage the complete sampling lifecycle, including development, Pre-Production (PP), production, and testing samples.
- Secure buyer sign-offs on fabric quality, construction, CAD designs, lab dips, and yarn dips.

2. Planning & Order Execution

- Prepare comprehensive Time & Action (T&A;) calendars for every order and track progress against buying schedules until shipment.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across all internal departments to ensure timely execution at every stage.

3. Material Sourcing & Trim Management

- Place bulk orders for packing trims with local suppliers.
- Monitor bulk fabric availability, stitching progress,



and packing trim flows to avoid line downtime.

4. Quality Control & Testing

- Coordinate product testing with accredited labs in strict accordance with buyer protocols.
- Schedule and facilitate inline and final quality inspections within established timelines.

5. Logistics & Dispatch in Coordination with Logistics Department

- Verify and approve final bulk packing lists.
- Work directly with the shipping and documentation team to execute seamless dispatch.

Need 10-15 Years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
