Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, customer visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Present and explain company products or services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience will be an advantage.
