Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to bridge the gap between design documentation, cost management, and site execution. In this role, you will prepare accurate tender estimates, verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), review technical AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate directly with site teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation:
- Prepare, evaluate, and forecast comprehensive project cost estimates for tenders, including raw materials, plant, labor, and execution schedules.
- Audit, review, and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and measurement sheets for all landscape construction packages.
- Monitor budget variations and analyze resource costs throughout project lifecycles.
- Technical Review & Statutory Compliance:
- Review, update, and modify AutoCAD working drawings to ensure constructability and design intent.
- Coordinate documentation, drawings, and area/resource calculations for statutory green building compliances (IGBC, MOEF, and local municipal frameworks).
- Procurement & Material Management:
- Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to source material samples, compile fixture schedules (e.g., external lighting, outdoor play equipment), and assemble client presentation boards.




- Review and approve contractor shop drawings, mock-ups, and material submittals against project specifications.
- Site & Office Coordination:
- Act as the technical liaison between the landscape design studio, project management consultants, contractors, and in office execution teams.
- Resolve site-level civil and structural detailing queries to ensure alignment with approved drawings.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil site engineering, quantity estimation, and contractor coordination. Prior exposure to landscape architecture or civil infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
- Technical Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD (2012 or newer) and advanced MS Excel for rate analysis and quantities.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of hardscape/civil construction details, grading, drainage, and landscape materials.
- Sharp analytical skills for rate analysis, tendering, and variance tracking.
- Clear interpersonal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
