Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Executive

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Client Communication: Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, explain company services, and maintain professional relationships.
- Sales & Business Development: Promote company products and services, identify business opportunities, and convert potential leads into customers.
- Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Make outbound calls, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain regular communication to close sales.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to explain services and business proposals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversion status in the CRM or Excel sheets.
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents with prospective clients.




- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Research competitors, identify market trends, and explore new opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the marketing, accounts, administration, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Sales Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including calls made, leads generated, follow-ups completed, and deals closed.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and work with the accounts team to ensure timely collections.
- Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback, address basic queries, and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned department.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform additional sales and business development activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
