Job description: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the gallery’s overall marketing strategy, content calendars, marketing plans, marketing reports and performance dashboards
- Manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for exhibitions, artists, artworks, events and special projects and generate leads.
- Manage and monitor performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Oversee creation of social media posts, reels, videos, newsletters, blogs and promotional content.
- Strengthen the gallery’s online presence, brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage email marketing,



WhatsApp marketing and other client communication campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in art, culture and design is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
