HULP is a premium, tech-enabled home operating system that helps modern families manage everyday life through personalised coordination, lifestyle support and seamless service experiences.

We are looking for customer-focused and proactive Lifestyle Associates who can communicate fluently in English and a regional language to deliver a high-quality, personalised customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Lifestyle Associate, you will be a key point of contact for customers, helping them manage everyday requests, coordinate services and resolve queries efficiently. This is a customer-facing role that requires solid communication, ownership, coordination and follow-through. It is not a backend-only or ticket-handling position.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through calls, chats and emails.
- Communicate with customers in English and the required regional language.
- Coordinate lifestyle services, appointments, bookings, travel requirements and other customer requests.
- Liaise with internal teams, service providers and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Track requests, follow up proactively and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records, trackers and updates using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
- Deliver a personalised, reliable and seamless customer experience.

Language Requirements

We are hiring for the following language combinations:

- Marathi: Fluent in Marathi and English
- Kannada:



Fluent in Kannada and English
- Telugu: Fluent in Telugu and English

Basic Hindi is an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable communicating professionally in English and the relevant regional language.

Eligibility and Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Customer Experience, Operations, Hospitality, Guest Relations or Concierge Services preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and fluency in English and the required regional language may also apply.
- Strong customer-handling, coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Sheets or similar tools is preferred.
- A customer-first attitude, ownership and a professional approach to handling requests.

Work Details

- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
