Job Responsibilities

- Call potential clients and generate business leads.
- Explain the company's services,
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead details and follow-up status in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow up with old leads and convert prospects into potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English.
- Confident speaking skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.




- Ability to handle objections and follow up with potential clients.
- Good listening, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn digital marketing services.
- Target-oriented, punctual and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
- Willingness to make daily calls and achieve calling targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
