Industry: Fabrication / Manufacturing

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase & Accounts Executive to join our team in the fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement

- Handle purchasing of raw materials, steel, MS/SS sheets, pipes, plates, welding consumables, hardware, and other fabrication materials.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate rates and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production and stores departments to ensure material availability.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase registers, and material inward documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, purchase and sales bills, and expense records.
- Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers.
- Assist with GST invoicing, TDS, and other statutory documentation, as applicable.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions.




- Coordinate with auditors and the finance team when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2–5 years in purchase and accounts, preferably in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting procedures.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple responsibilities.
