We are building a next-generation hiring platform tailored for the Indian talent ecosystem, utilizing intelligent matching to connect top talent directly with decision-makers based on verified skill, intent, and cultural fit.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious, drive-oriented Co-Founder to partner directly with the founder in shaping the vision, execution, and strategy of HireIndia. Depending on your background, you will take full ownership of either:

- Technology & Product (CTO Track): Leading architecture, platform development, AI/matching algorithms, and product UI/UX.
- Operations & Growth (COO/CBO Track): Driving candidate/employer acquisition, go-to-market execution, B2B sales strategy, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the founder to establish product roadmap, business models, and fundraising milestones.




- Take 100% ownership of your vertical (Tech/Product OR Business/GTM).
- Build, mentor, and manage the core founding team as the company scales.
- Pitch to seed investors, startup accelerators, and strategic enterprise partners across India.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to ensure candidates and employers experience seamless, high-value hiring interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–6+ years of experience in product development, tech architecture, B2B sales, or HR-tech operations.
- Prior startup experience or a strong desire to build a venture from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding of the friction points faced by Indian job seekers, SMEs, and enterprise recruiters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, resilience, and alignment with building a mission-driven platform.
