Job Summary

TEKS Academy is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to deliver practical training in BIM software and workflows. The candidate will be responsible for training students and working professionals in industry-standard BIM tools, developing course materials, and preparing learners for careers in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online training on BIM concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Train students in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP, as applicable.
- Explain BIM modeling, documentation, coordination, and project workflows.
- Provide hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-time project-based training.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and practice projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with technical doubts, project work, and career-oriented guidance.
- Stay updated on BIM technologies, industry standards, and software developments.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to support student outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM fundamentals.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP modeling workflows.
- Knowledge of 2D drawings, 3D modeling,



construction documentation, and quantity takeoffs.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through practical demonstrations.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant BIM certifications or industry training credentials are preferred.

Experience

- Relevant experience in BIM modeling, design, construction, or BIM training is preferred.
- Freshers with strong software skills and excellent communication abilities may also be considered, depending on the role requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Practical experience working on real-time BIM projects.
- Knowledge of clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and industry practices.
- Experience delivering technical training to students or professionals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
