Job Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Develop sales strategies for real estate projects, including plots, farmhouses, residential and commercial properties.

- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base

- Good communication, negotiation,

- Knowledge of real estate sales and property documentation preferred.

**Job Location:** Delhi / South Delhi

**Salary:** ₹15,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance
