Google Ads Campaign SpecialistJob Description

We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to manage, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients. The role involves setting up campaigns, improving performance, controlling advertising costs, and helping clients generate quality leads, sales, and conversions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research and manage match types, bidding strategies, budgets, ad groups, and ad assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and return on ad spend.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze search terms, click-through rates, cost per click, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Identify wasted ad spend and implement optimization strategies.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with internal teams or clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies.
- Coordinate with the team to improve landing pages, lead quality, and overall campaign results.

Experience

Minimum 6 months of skilled Google Ads experience required,



preferably in a digital marketing agency managing real client campaigns. Freshers without professional campaign experience are not eligible.
