Key Responsibility :
- Refreshment Service: Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to staff, clients, and meeting guests.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain neatness in office workspaces, conference rooms, pantries, and restrooms.
- Mail & Document Delivery: Distribute incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and files between departments or off-site locations.
- Errands & Logistics: Run external errands such as bank visits, document submissions, or purchasing local supplies.
- Facility Maintenance: Open or close the office premises and report broken furniture, electronics, or plumbing to maintenance.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th (SSC) or 12th (HSC) standard pass.
- Experience: Prior experience as an office boy or in hospitality/housekeeping is helpful, though freshers are often accepted.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
