Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improving performance

- Assessment of Learning needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
- Optimizing training processes for efficiency.
- Supervise and monitor all processes and recommend changes to ensure efficiency of all processes and provide training to all employees across various learning platforms
- Govern all processes related to a training or assignment and be able to drive adherence. Improve and write new processes where required to meet business & stakeholder deliverables.
- Selecting and managing resources, including working with both employees and department heads/ managers to develop and deliver training.
- Manage all relevant stakeholders to successfully implement a program through regular touchpoints and communication

- Supervise effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Develop Training Metrics to measure effectiveness of delivery and content.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring to develop middle management and leadership pipeline.
- Organize Functional, Technical Programs, Certifications, Soft Skills & Management Development. Programs.
- Ensure functional requirements for Internal & External Audits are met.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and maintain records.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.
- Lead and guide team on projects for organizational improvements
- Any other office work given by management
