UI/UX Designer Intern

Accemberg Technologies is inviting applications for a UI/UX Designer Intern to contribute to the design of intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The intern will work on interface design, user experience improvement, and design implementation for real-world projects while gaining practical experience in design workflows and collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Design user interfaces for websites and web applications with a focus on usability and visual consistency.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interface layouts based on project requirements.
- Apply UI/UX design principles to develop intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Develop distinctive, visually appealing designs that reflect the project's requirements and avoid generic, repetitive layouts.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to support the implementation of designs.
- Review existing interfaces and suggest improvements to usability, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and other design elements.
- Adapt designs based on feedback, project requirements, and evolving design trends.

Required Skills

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and interface design workflows.
- Knowledge of layout design, typography,



color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop original designs rather than relying on generic templates.
- Understanding of responsive design and user experience across different screen sizes.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to project requirements.

Internship Structure and Perks

- Initial Probation Period: 1–2 months.
- Stipend: The initial probation period will be unpaid. Following the probation period, interns will be eligible for a performance-based, project-based stipend determined by their performance and contributions.
- Certificate: An official internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship and fulfilment of company requirements.
- Letter of Recommendation: May be provided to interns demonstrating strong performance, commitment, and meaningful contributions to projects.
- Real-World Project Experience: Gain practical experience through design projects, real-world workflows, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Work Mode: Remote or on-site, as agreed.
