About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Team Leaders to manage our credit card telesales team. You will guide a team of telecallers, drive daily sales targets, and ensure high-quality, compliant customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales executives
- Set daily and monthly targets for card logins and approvals, and track team performance
- Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Train team members on credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and objection handling
- Guide the team in collecting customer documents and completing applications accurately
- Follow up on application status with bank partners and keep customers updated
- Handle escalated customer queries and complex sales conversations




- Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with management
- Ensure the team follows company processes, scripts, and RBI/bank compliance guidelines
- Maintain team attendance, discipline, and morale

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in credit cards, loans, or banking products, with some experience handling a team
- Good knowledge of credit card products, CIBIL score, and eligibility basics
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong leadership, people-management, and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Education: 12th pass required; Graduate preferred

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience in credit card sales with a bank or DSA
- Experience as a Senior Telecaller or Team Lead
