We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Cashier cum Accountant to manage daily cash transactions, maintain financial records, handle billing, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, cash handling, bank reconciliation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling & Daily Transactions

- Handle daily cash receipts and payments accurately.
- Maintain daily cash books and cash transaction records.
- Prepare daily cash closing reports and reconcile cash balances.
- Manage petty cash and maintain supporting vouchers.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Handle customer payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- 7. Coordination & Office Support
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and other departments.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and cash handling preferred.




- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Tally ERP, or similar accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Accuracy, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply, if eligible.
